Project Approach and Support

CES approaches each job with a primary goal of client satisfaction through innovative, cost effective, competent solutions to the environmental requirements of your project. We have a reputation for aggressively representing our client’s interests while being able to develop technically sound solutions with the project team. We are known for providing practical solutions that work effectively in the real world.  One of the tools to facilitate teamwork between our team members, the client and contractors is the utilization of open and effective communication.  The primary role of CES is to quickly respond to any and all problems that might arise during the project.  Our approach focuses on several critical issues in order to complete a successful project, specifically:

• Providing knowledgeable and experienced personnel,
• Maintaining continuity of the on-site staff and project management,
• Establishing a professional and open line of communication with the client
• Timely transmission of all data, recommendations or solutions that are critical for scheduling, problem solving and project management.
• Developing solutions for clients to keep projects on time, and on budget.

Project Staffing

Upon the award of the project, a staff member is assigned to each project. The staff member allows for consistency in the interface with other team members, as well as allows our field and office personnel the opportunity to develop a familiarity with specific project elements and familiarity with client preferences in approaches to problem solving or their purchasing needs.  An Environmental Technician will be responsible for all communication with the client, coordination and scheduling of field staff, data review, report generation, project meetings, and review of field and laboratory data.

Project Management

The project management staff is responsible for overall program contract administration and management services. CES personnel have provided a variety of these services for private, public and commercial developments throughout the Southwest.
