Hazardous Waste Services

Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) regulations, including their amendments, have caused all industries to completely re-evaluate how they manage their solid, non-hazardous and hazardous waste.  CES has provided clients with waste management planning, waste and pollution prevention, interpretation and development of regulatory-driven reporting (Form R and Tier II) and required training.

RCRA Compliance

Any company that generates hazardous waste must be aware of its responsibilities towards the proper ultimate disposal of the material it sends off-site.  CES has the experience to provide this service to its clients, and knowledge of federal and state regulations for Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs).  Regardless of your generator status, CES can develop a self-sufficient compliance roadmap for waste generation, including:

  • General Facility Standards
  • Preparedness and Prevention
  • Contingency Planning
  • Manifesting and Recordkeeping
  • Groundwater Monitoring
  • Use/Management of Containers
  • Financial Requirements
  • Waste Profiling
